Banker in Boon City is Hostile?

For no reason I can discern (I did not attack him or attempt to pick his pockets or anything of the sort), the Banker in Boon City is hostile towards me and will not speak to me, so I can't deposit or withdraw any money. Is there a way to fix this?

Actually, now it's not just the banker. Many of the NPCs in Boon City are hostile towards me, and I have no idea why.

*Sidenote: This all happened after I ended up taking the Queen's Chicken Portal back to Boon City after ending up on Queen's Island.

I know there's not a lot of traffic on this server, but I hope there's a way I can restore things, since it obviously makes it very hard to do stuff as a low level character when the noob city is trying to murder me. D:

Uncertain as to whether or not it was you or another player whom I had spoke to about this; but this is a frequent bug that just so happens after you engage the conversation that leads up to the access to the Queens Island where the Orc Captain turns from Friendly to Hostile (Which coincidentally forces other NPC's hostile in turn.)

The easiest solution that I can offer is that should you be defeated in combat it will reset the script and the npc's should no longer be hostile towards you. If you are of a considerably higher character level travelling throughout Boon and should come across the Queens Island and return to Boon you may note that you can not conventionally die by the enemies of Boon Tier, and the viable Boatsmen to other Isles are hostile! If such is the case, I advise you enter the Halls of Peace in That Particular Harbor, and attempt to take a seat upon any of the Guild Leader's Thrones. This will initially weaken you. Should you click upon them a second time (or in succession should you regenerate health.) This will kill you; and by the time you leave the Halls of Peace after your respawn, The NPC's will go back to their friendly status.

Alternatively, go seek out Wally the Whimsical and Wonderful Xorn and get your revenge... you will enjoy the consequences when he beats you. (he beats everyone... I think he cheats).
