Good evening.
I've encountered this previously Kajsar, My suggestion to you is to place an article from your inventory that has little worth to you (Say a Potion of Antidote since the item disappears in the process) into the loot. If you wait a few minutes the item that you had placed into the corresponding loot location will now be reset to drop what it was meant to.
